Mamabweni was the last settlement we needed to visit to distribute clothes and blankets and we had a fun visit as you can see from the pictures, Mary decided to model some of the outfits we were giving away.
The ladies had just returned from working in the fields, their day starts at around 5a and ends at about 2p and for this they receive $3.50 a day and work six days a week They were very thankful for the clothes.
All the clothes and blankets that we were able to pass out did impact quite a few lives. However, we didn't even make a dent in all the Chips patients not to mention others who are in desperate need. It is hard when the need is so great that the little we do doesn't seem to be effective. We know that God cares deeply about each and every person and He uses us to make a difference in individual lives. Please continue to pray that we would have wisdom in assessing the needs and using our resources wisely to meet those needs.
